ST. VINCENT DE PAUL, ROCKFORD COUNCIL IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING TEMPORARY AND IMMEDIATE RELIEF BY FEEDING, CLOTHING, HOUSING AND HEALING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITIES WHO HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN FOR HELP. WE ARE FUNDED BY OUR PARISHES AND MEMBER DONATIONS.
