PROJECT SAGE, INC. PROVIDES SERVICES TO PERSONS IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CONNECTICUT AND NEARBY NEW YORK AND MASSACHUSETTS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND ABUSE. ALL SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE AND TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL. THE SERVICES INCLUDE 24 HOUR CRISIS HOTLINE, EMERGENCY SHORT TERM SHELTER, INDIVIDUAL SHORT TERM SUPPORT COUNSELING FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN, LEGAL, MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICE ADVOCACY AND TRANSPORTATION, FAMILY VIOLENCE VICTIM ADVOCACY IN CRIMINAL COURT, SUPPORT GROUPS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN, COMMUNITY EDUCATION, VIOLENCE PREVENTION EDUCATION AND CHILD ADVOCACY.
