THE BUSHNELL IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED TO BENEFIT THE PUBLIC IN EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS TO ENCOURAGE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF MUSIC, ART, SCIENCE AND ALL BENEVOLENT, RELIGIOUS AND OTHER PUBLIC ACTIVITIES. THESE OBJECTIVES ARE MET PRINCIPALLY THROUGH THE OPERATIONS OF THE BUSHNELL AT WHICH EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EVENTS ARE HELD. DUE TO COVID NO EVENTS WERE HELD DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021.
