(NEW UB), A CONNECTICUT NONSTOCK CORPORATION AND SUBSIDIARY OF GOODWIN UNIVERSITY, AND SOUND EDUCATION, LLC, (PAIER COLLEGE) A CONNECTICUT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FORMED BY PAIER COLLEGE.
