TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING AND ACCESS TO SUPPORT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITHDISABILITIES, PRIMARILY RELATED TO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES. SHORE COURTS HAS ATOTAL OF 11 UNITS LOCATED AT 7211 POST ROAD IN NORTH KINGSTOWN, RHODE ISLAND. 10 OFTHESE 11 UNITS ARE SUBSIDIZED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBANDEVELOPMENT. THE OCCUPANCY RATE WAS 98% DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COVERED IN THIS RETURN. THE WAITING LIST AS OF 6/30/21 CONSISTED OF 18 INDIVIDUALS.
