THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO DEVELOP, PROMOTE, AND ADMINISTER THE GAME OF SOCCER AMONG PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 19 WITHIN THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD, RHODE ISLAND. THE ASSOCIATION SHALL DO SO BY PROVIDING A POSITIVE ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE, TEACHING OPEN COOPERATION, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, AND TEAM WORK, AND IMPROVING THE INDIVIDUAL SKILLS OF THE PLAYERS.
