YLI'S CALLING IS RADICAL IN ITS SIMPLICITY: MENTORING YOUNG LEADERS THROUGH LIFE-ON-LIFE RELATIONSHIPS TO DRAW NEAR TO GOD'S HEART, LOVE THE LOST AND BROKEN, AND POUR THEIR LIVES DEEPLY INTO A FEW. SIMPLY BY TEACHING YOUNG LEADERS TO MINISTER AS JESUS DID, YLI IS SEEKING PROFOUND HEART TRANSFORMATION IN LEADERS THAT SPREADS THROUGHOUT THEIR COMMUNITIES. THEIR STRATEGY IS TO "IDENTIFY" EMERGING YOUNG LEADERS WHO HAVE A HEART FOR GOD, "INVEST" - ESTABLISH INTENTIONAL FRIENDSHIPS AND LIFE-ON-LIFE MENTORING AND "INCREASE" - TEACH A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS TO POUR THEIR LIVES DEEPLY INTO A FEW.
