VOLUNTEERS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE) WITHIN THE TALBOT-NORFOLK TRIANGLE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE MISSION IS ANCHORED IN A MODEL OF ESTABLISHING NEIGHBORHOOD MINISTRY HOUSES IN UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES.
