THE NATIONAL MARINE LIFE CENTER IS DEDICATED TO REHABILITATING FOR RELEASE; STRANDED SEA TURTLES, SEALS, DOLPHINS, PORPOISES, AND SMALL WHALES, AND TO ADVANCING SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION IN MARINE WILDLIFE HEALTH AND CONSERVATION.

SCIENCE: THE NATIONAL MARINE LIFE CENTER'S SCIENCE PROGRAM INVESTIGATES SPONTANEOUSLY OCCURING DISEASE IN STRANDED WILDLIFE.


EDUCATION: THE NATIONAL MARINE LIFE CENTER DELIVERS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS. PROGRAMS ARE HELD BOTH ONSITE AT OUR FACILITY AND OFFSITE AT OTHER FACILITIES. USING MARINE ANIMALS AS SUBJECT MATERIAL, PROGRAMS BUILT SKILLS IN MATH, LANGUAGE ARTS, AND SCIENCE.
