ENHANCE COMMUNITY AND PUBLIC AWARENESS OF FACTORS AFFECTING ENVIRONMENTAL AND WATER QUALITY. EDUCATE STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM AND FIELD STUDIES ABOUT ECOLOGICAL AND WATERSHED STUDIES. PUBLISH PERIODIC NEWSLETTERS AND FLIERS. MAINTAIN FOLQ ORGANIZATION WEBSITE.
