THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIORITY POPULATIONS INCLUDE LGBT YOUTH OF COLOR, TRANSGENDER YOUTH, AND HOMELESS/LOW-INCOME YOUTH. THE ORGANIZATIONS BOSTON-BASED PROGRAMS INCLUDE SOCIAL SUPPORT, YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND HEALTH PROMOTION PROGRAMMING, AS WELL AS ITS COMPREHENSIVE SEXUAL HEALTH SERVICES CLINIC. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO MANAGES AND FUNDS THE LGBT YOUTH GROUP NETWORK OF MASSACHUSETTS, A NETWORK OF OVER 15 COMMUNITY-BASED LGBT YOUTH GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS CULTURALLY COMPETENT RESOURCES AND REFERRALS FOR YOUTH IN NEED OF SERVICES NOT PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION, AS WELL AS TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR PARENTS AND YOUTH-SERVING PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
