THE EXECTUIVE BOARD OF HEART OF NEW ENGLAND COUNCIL BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, INC., HAS APPROVED THE CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NASHUA VALLEY COUNCIL TRUST FUND, FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCOUTING IN THE TERRITORY COVERED BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL CHARTER. FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES STATED IN THE ACT OF CONGRESS APPROVED BY JUNE 15, 1916, CREATING THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA.
