SENIOR CARE OPTIONS: SSES CONTRACTS WITH SENIOR CARE OPTIONS (SCO) ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PURCHASED SERVICES TO SCO CLIENTS ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS OR ON A UNIT BASIS.
NUTRITION AND SUPPORT: NUTRITION, ADMINISTRATION, SUBGRANTS AND SUPPORT GROUPS PROVIDE SENIOR CITIZEN SERVICES THROUGH NUTRITION SITES, HOME-DELIVERED MEALS, CAREGIVER ASSISTANCE AND HOME AIDES.
