ENCOURAGE RESEARCH IN THE SCIENCE OF VETERINARIAN MEDICINE AND RELATED SCIENCES TOWARD THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL SKILL AND TECHNIQUE OF VETERINARIANS.
