RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTS PROVIDES STAFF SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE WITH HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SO THAT THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FORM MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS AND BE INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY. WE SERVE PEOPLE WITH A VARIETY OF NEEDS FROM MODERATE DISABILITIES TO THOSE WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL NEEDS AND SEVERE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WHICH REQUIRE SKILLED MEDICAL CARE AND ASSISTANCE WITH COMMUNICATION AND OTHER ASPECTS OF DAILY LIVING.
FAMILY BASED SHARED LIVING PROVIDES SHARED LIVING OPPORTUNITIES THAT MATCH INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, MEDICAL AND PERSONAL CARE NEEDS WITH FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY SO THAT THEY CAN DEVELOP AND GROW IN THE PRIVACY AND DIGNITY OF A NATURAL LIVING SITUATION AND EXPERIENCE THE NORMAL ACTIVITIES OF FAMILIY AND COMMUNITY LIFE.
