ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING OUR DIGITAL ARCHIVE OF THOUSANDS OF STORIES, POEMS, ESSAYS AND ART, REMAINED FREE OF CHARGE AND ACCESSIBLE TO ALL READERS WITH AN EMAIL AND PASSWORD SIGN-IN. NARRATIVE PUBLISHED WEEKLY STORY AND POEM OF THE WEEK, HELD FIVE CONTESTS, AND PUBLISHED HUNDREDS OF ARTISTS IN 2021.
CONTINUED FROM PART III, 4ANOTABLY, THE NARRATIVE PRIZE, AWARDED ANNUALLY FOR EXCELLENT WORK PUBLISHED BY A NEW OR EMERGING WRITER IN NARRATIVE WAS PRESENTED TO TWO WRITERS: MORGAN TALTY AND TRYPHENA YEBOAH. THE TWO WRITERS EACH RECEIVED THE $4000 PRIZE. "NARRATIVE IN THE SCHOOLS" IS ANOTHER WAY WE REACH YOUNG PEOPLE. ONE ASPECT OF THAT PROGRAM IS OUR ANNUAL "TELL ME A STORY HIGH SCHOOL WRITING CONTEST" THAT REACHES HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS AND THEIR TEACHERS ACROSS THE GLOBE. ENTRIES IN 2021 CAME FROM SEOUL TO KRACKOW TO CHICAGO, FROM CHARTER, PUBLIC AND INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ACROSS THE GLOBE. THE 2021 YEAR'S PROMPT "BLIND SPOTS" ELICITED POWERFUL AND KEENLY OBSERVED REFLECTIONS FROM STUDENTS ABOUT DIFFICULT MOMENTS THAT LED TO AN EXPANDED PERSPECTIVE ON LIFE.
