HACED ALSO PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL OFFICE SPACE AT REDUCED RATES, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, TECHNICAL COUNSELING AND MONTHLY SMALL BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD REVIEWS.
