THE MISSION OF THE WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE CHANNEL FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT WISH TO SUPPORT WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL IN ITS MISSION TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY COMPASSIONATE CARE.

WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, INC. (THE "FOUNDATION"), IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO RAISE PHILANTHROPIC FUNDS TO SUPPORT WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL, INC.'S (THE "HOSPITAL") HEALTHCARE MISSION. CURRENTLY, THE FOUNDATION IS ADMINISTERING MAJOR GIFTS PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ACQUIRE FUNDING FOR A NUMBER OF INTIATIVES FOR THE HOSPITAL INCLUDING: SUPPORT FOR VARIOUS HOSPITAL DEPARTMENTS, SUCH AS THE FSU FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY PROGRAM, THE COLLEGE OF PSYCHOLOGY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM WITH THE FL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, THE THE BOSTICK HEART CENTER, WINTER HAVEN WOMEN'S HOSPITAL, AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES AFTER A DEVASTATING LIFE EVENT.
