PROVIDING INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN A FULL-SERVICE 70-BED HOSPITAL. THE HOSPITAL PUBLISHES AN ANNUAL REPORT. PLEASE REFER TO THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION OF THE HOSPITAL'S PROGRAMS AND ACHIEVEMENTS.
CHARITY CARE - THE HOSPITAL PROVIDES CARE TO PATIENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA UNDER ITS CHARITY CARE POLICY. BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL DOES NOT PURSUE COLLECTION OR AMOUNTS DETERMINED TO QUALIFY AS CHARITY CARE THEY ARE NOT REPORTED IN REVENUE. THE HOSPITAL MAINTAINS RECORDS TO IDENTIFY AND MONITOR THE LEVEL OF CHARITY CARE IT PROVIDES.
