MONIES FROM THE SINGLE FAMILY, MULTI-FAMILY, MULTI-PURPOSE, AND GENERAL OPERATING PROGRAM FUNDS HAVE BEEN USED BY THE AGENCY TO PURCHASE MORTGAGE BACKED SECURITIES AND FINANCE MORTGAGE LOANS ON SINGLE AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HOUSING UNITS FOR PERSONS AND FAMILIES OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME WITHIN THE STATE OF VERMONT.
