ADDITIONALLY, THE PCLEMF IS TO PROVIDE THE FUNDING FOR THE POLK COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL SERVICE WHICH IS HELD ANNUALLY AT THE MEMORIAL SITE.
