CHAMPIONS OF CARING CONNECTIONS SERVICED 386 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH RESOURCE FAIRS AND REFERRALS FROM OTHER AGENCIES. 17,735 INDIVIDUALS AND 4,619 FAMILIES RECEIVED FOOD. FOR THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TOY DISTRIBUTION 1,042 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVICED. AT THE SPA 6 HOMELESS CONNECT OUTREACH 200 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVICED, 79 FROM THE MULTIPLE SHELTERS THAT CHAMPIONS OF CARING CONNECTIONS PARTNERS WITH AND 23 UNACCOMPANIED YOUTH. CHAMPIONS OF CARING CONNECTIONS ALSO PROVIDED MTA TRANSPORTATION TOKENS TO 27 INDIVIDUALS. DIRECT ASSISTANCE SUCH AS FOOD CARDS, CLOTHING CARD AND TEMPORARY NIGHTS OF SHELTER WERE PROVIDED TO 15 INDIVIDUALS. IN TOTAL, CHAMPIONS OF CARING CONNECTIONS PROVIDED SERVICES TO 19,520 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE DIFFERENT SERVICES THAT ARE OFFERED TO THE CLIENTS.
