TO PROVIDE A SUPPORTIVE, BOUNDARY FREE ENVIRONMENT TO ENDOW PARTICIPANTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONQUER PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND COGNITIVE CHALLENGES, BUILD SELF-ESTEEM, AND CONFIDENCE. TO EDUCATE, TRAIN, AND CERTIFY ALL VOLUNTEER COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS TO THE HIGHEST SKILL LEVEL AND ENSURE THAT THE ACTIVITY ENVIRONMENT IS SAFE AND OF HIGH QUALITY.

FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2022, NEDS PROVIDED 1,457 LESSONS TO 393 INDIVIDUALS THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S ADAPTIVE WINTER SPORTS PROGRAMS. WE PROVIDED 624 LESSONS TO 89 INDIVIDUALS THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S ADAPTIVE SUMMER SPORTS PROGRAM. A TOTAL OF 175 VOLUNTEERS ASSISTED WITH THE PROGRAMS OFFERED.
