THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED ABOUT CHANGES, WHICH OCCUR IN PUBLIC FINANCE AND TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING NECESSARY TO CONFORM TO THOSE CHANGES.
