NEGOTIATIONS WITH DEVELOPERS AND OBTAINING TOWN APROVALS FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS. CAPITALIZED COSTS OF $1480 UNTIL DETERMINED IF PROJECT IS VIABLE.
