MISSION TO SUPPORT FAMILIES WITH INFANTS AND TODDLERS WHO HAVE OR ARE AT RISK FOR DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS OR DISABILITIES THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES THAT BUILD UPON THE FAMILYS STRENGTHS, TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN OF ALL ABILITIES, AND TO BE A RESOURCE AND ADVOCATE FOR INCLUSION THROUGHOUT THE MONADNOCK REGION.

RISE FOR BABY AND FAMILY HAS BEEN PROVIDING SUPPORTS AND SERVICES TO INFANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE MONADNOCK REGION SINCE 1981. RISE SERVES OVER 250 CHILDREN, BIRTH TO THREE, ANNUALLY THROUGH ITS EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM. WHEN PARENTS HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THEIR INFANT OR TODDLER'S DEVELOPMENT, THE IMPACT OF PREMATURE BIRTH, SPEECH DELAY, SUSPECTED AUTISM OR ANY OTHER CONCERN, LARGE OR SMALL, RISE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP. RISE STRIVES TO DEVELOP A PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES; TO COMBINE THE EXPERTISE OF PARENTS WITH THAT OF PROFESSIONALS TO CREATE A TEAM THAT WILL PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE INTERVENTION. RISE HAS A HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WHO CAN ASSIST FAMILIES IN THEIR PARENTING JOURNEY.
RISE PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY, FULLY INCLUSIVE CHILD CARE FOR CHILDREN AGES SIX WEEKS TO SIX YEARS. PROGRAMMING IS BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF EACH CHILD. THE CURRICULUM AND ENVIRONMENT FOCUS ON RESPONSIVE, NURTURING CAREGIVING AND DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES THAT ENGAGE CHILDREN THROUGH EXPLORATION, MOVEMENT, AND INTERACTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES. TEACHERS SUPPORT EACH CHILD'S INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS THROUGH PLAY AND ROUTINE CARE THAT STRENGTHENS AND BUILDS UPON THE CHILD'S CAPACITIES IN SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL, COMMUNICATION, PHYSICAL, AND COGNITIVE DOMAINS.
