ACTIVITIES INCLUDE COLLECTING, PRESERVING, AND INTERPRETING EXAMPLES OF THE MATERIAL AND SOCIAL CULTURE OF PORTSMOUTH; PRESENTING PROGRAMS AND EXHIBITS; AND OPERATING A HISTORIC HOUSE MUSEUM AND A VISITOR CENTER THAT SERVES AS A GATEWAY TO PORTSMOUTH.
