THE INSTITUTION PROVIDED A LIBERAL ARTS, FOUR-YEAR PRIVATE EDUCATION WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HEALTH SCIENCES AND PRE-PROFESSIONAL MAJORS FOR UNDERGRADUATES. THE COLLEGE ALSO OFFERED DEGREES FOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNERS AND GRADUATE STUDENTS. THE INSTITUTION SUPPORTED ALL OF THOSE EFFORTS WITH ACADEMIC SUPPORT SERVICES (LIBRARY, TUTORING, CAREER DEVELOPMENT) AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH GIFTS, GRANTS, ENDOWMENT INCOME AND COLLEGE RESOURCES, WHICH ASSISTED STUDENTS IN FINANCING THE COST OF THEIR ATTENDANCE.
