WESOLY LUD POLISH FOLK DANCE CO INC. (WHICH MEANS 'HAPPY PEOPLE') WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERPETUATING POLISH FOLK CULTURE THROUGH DANCE AND SONG PRESENTATIONS IN NATIVE COSTUMES. WESOLY LUD'S DANCERS, WHOSE AGE RANGE FROM 13 TO LATE 20S, VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND ENERGY TO WEEKLY REHEARSALS, AS WELL AS TO COUNTLESS PERFORMANCES, IN THIS MANNER, OUR YOUNG AMERICANS LEARN AND FIND PRIDE IN THEIR POLISH HERITAGE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OUR YOUNG AMERICANS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT AND FIND PRIDE IN THEIR POLISH HERITAGE.
