THE MWPF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION RAISES MONEY FOR ITS ENDOWMENT WHOSE EARNINGS ARE USED TO FUND PROJECTS NEEDED TO BEAUTIFY, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN THE SCENIC COASTAL WALKWAY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF OGUNQUIT, MAINE, MORE PARTICULARLY KNOWN AS THE MARGINAL WAY. THE MARGINAL WAY WAS OFFICIALLY PLACED ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR ON MARCH 23, 2022.
