IS ESTABLISHED BY (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) THE BISHOPS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESES, BOTH OF THE LATIN RITE AND THE UKRAINIAN RITE, WHICH HAVE THEIR SEE CITIES IN CONNECTICUT, TO PROVIDE POSITIONS THAT EFFECT THE COMMON GOOD AND INTEREST IN THE CHURCH.

TO DEVELOP AND COORDINATE INTERDIOCESAN PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS THAT ADDRESS STATEWIDE SOCIAL AND PASTORAL NEEDS TO PROMOTE THE MATERIAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING OF THE PEOPLE OF CONNECTICUT.
