THE FOUNDATION RAISES MONEY AND AWARDS IT TO AREA HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATING SENIORS BASED ON CHARACTER AND COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION AWARDS MONIES TO EACH SCHOOL IN THE LOCAL ELEMENTARY DISTRICTS TO RECOGNIZE STUDENTS FOR THEIR LOVE OF LEARNING AND CHARACTER. THE FOUNDATION DID NOT FUND RAISE IN 2022 BECAUSE IT PLANS TO BE DISSOLVED AT THE END OF 2023.

THE ONLY EVENT OF THE FOUNDATION USED TO BE A 5K RACE/WALK ON THANKSGIVING DAY MORNING. THIS WAS THE SOURCE OF THE FOUNDATION'S MONEY. THE FOUNDATION DID NOT HOLD THAT EVENT THIS PAST YEAR AND WILL NO LONGER SPONSOR SAID EVENT. IN APRIL OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR, THE FOUNDATION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO AREA HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATING SENIORS BASED ON THEIR CHARACTER AND COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION AWARDS MONIES TO LOCAL AREA ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS TO RECOGNIZE STUDENTS THAT DEMONSTRATE LOVE OF LEARNING AND CHARACTER. THE FOUNDATION PLANS TO GIVE AWAY THE REST OF IT'S MONEY BY DECEMBER OF 2024 AND SUBSEQUENTLY DISSOLVE THE FOUNDATION AT THAT TIME.
