WE HAVE DEVELOPED AN ONGOING CALENDAR OF ANNUAL FUND RAISING AND AWARENESS EVENTS INCLUDING THE REO TOWN ART ATTACK, ART AND CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL, LANSING BEER FEST, THRIFT STORE GALA, AND SUPER FANCY POP RESTAURANT. WE'VE ALSO INSTALLED A VARIETY OF INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING PUBLIC SEATING AREAS AND LAMP POST BANNERS AND PROVIDED SUPPORT FOR NEW AND ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES WITHIN THE DISTRICT.
