SUPPORT IS PROVIDED TO MEN AND WOMEN THAT HAVE COMPLETED AND GRADUATED FROM A SOCIAL SERVICE REHABILITATION PROGRAM AND ALLOWS THEM TO BEGIN TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS AND TO RECONNECT WITH SOCIETY.
