ASIAN HUMAN SERVICES FAMILY HEALTH CENTER WAS FORMED IN 2001 AS AN INDEPENDENT 501 C 3. THE CENTER HAS BEEN A CERTIFIED FEDERAL QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER SINCE 2003. IT PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE FOR COMMON HEALTH PROBLEMS SUCH AS FLU, DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, ETC. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH VISITS FOR JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021 WERE 38,798. THE CENTER PROVIDES DENTAL SERVICES. DENTAL VISITS WERE 8,632 FROM JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021.
