EACH SUMMER, THE CLUB PROVIDES CERTIFICATES TO CHILDREN WHO COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROWING, BEGINNING AND ADVANCED SAILING PROGRAMS. APPROXIMATELY 40 CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED. THE CLUB HOLDS AN ANNUAL REGATTA. OVER 75 SAILORS FROM COMMUNITY BOAT CLUBS AND YACHT CLUBS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA ENJOY A DAY OF COMPETITIVE SAILBOAT RACING IN OPTIMISTS, MERCURYS, 420S AND KEELBOATS.
