TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF RURAL NEW ENGLAND COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING A FORUM FOR PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS INTERESTED IN RURAL HEALTH TO COLLABORATE TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS RURAL HEALTH ISSUES THROUGH STRENGTHENED ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, AND SHARED RESOURCES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE NEW ENGLAND RURAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION CONDUCTED VARIOUS VIRTUAL EVENTS THROUGHOUT ITS FISCAL YEAR THAT FOCUSED ON HEALTH CARE REFORM AND CREATIVE INNOVATION MODELS. THIS EVENT ATTRACTED OVER 200 PARTICIPANTS FROM ACROSS NEW ENGLAND AND BEYOND. THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUED ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH A VARIETY OF FEDERAL AGENCIES INCLUDING THE HRSA, CMS, SAMSHA AND THE VA.


THE NEW ENGLAND RURAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION COORDINATED THE NEW ENGLAND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVE THAT IS A COLLABORATION OF THE STATE OFFICES OF RURAL HEALTH IN ME, MA, VT, AND NH.
