THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, FIRE PREVENTION, FIRE EXTINGUISHING, EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE, SUPPORT DURING NATURAL DISASTERS WHEN HARPSWELLS GENERAL WELFARE IS AT RISK, AND MUTUAL AID TO OTHER DISTRICTS. THE DEPARTMENT ALSO HOLDS SOCIAL FUNCTIONS AND CONDUCTS FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES TO OBTAIN FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THESE ACTIVITIES.
