RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES - ORGANIZATION OPERATES SEVEN GROUP HOMES FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES REQUIRING RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT IN DAILY LIVING IN A CONGREGATE SETTING (2-6 RESIDENTS PER HOME).
DAY HABILITATION AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES WITH ACQUISITION, RETENTION, OR IMPROVEMENT OF SELF-HELP, SOCIALIZATION AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS, WHICH TAKES PLACE IN A NON-RESIDENTIAL SETTING AS WELL AS ASSIST WITH OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT, OFFERING ASSESSMENTS, AND JOB DEVELOPMENT.
