SPURWINK PROVIDES OUT-OF-HOME TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN 1) RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITIES IN CUMBERLAND AND KENNEBEC COUNTIES SERVING ABOUT 51 YOUTHS PER YEAR; 2) THREE SPECIAL PURPOSE PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN CUMBERLAND, ANDROSCOGGIN, AND KENNEBEC COUNTIES AND A THERAPEUTIC PRE-SCHOOL IN YORK COUNTY SERVING 147 STUDENTS PER YEAR; AND 3) TREATMENT FOSTER HOMES IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL MAINE SERVING ABOUT 38 CHILDREN PER YEAR.
SPURWINK PROVIDES OUTPATIENT AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS - CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS LIVING WITH MENTAL HEALTH OR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OR SUSPECTED ABUSE.
