THE ASSOCIATION OVERSEES WATERFRONT FACILITIES INCLUDING BOATING DOCKS, A SALTWATER POOL WITH BEACH AREA, TENNIS COURTS, AS WELL AS A CLASSIC CLUBHOUSE THAT HOUSES A RANGE OF SOCIAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MULTI- GENERATIONAL FAMILY DINNERS, CLAMBAKES, AND LECTURES. ACTIVITIES OCCURRING AT THE FACILITIES INCLUDE TENNIS TOURNAMENTS, SAILBOAT RACES, AND SWIM DAYS. THE OTHER VERY SIGNIFICANT USE OF THE FACILITIES IS TO PROVIDE THE SETTING FOR INSTRUCTION OF MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN THE LIFETIME SPORTS OF SAILING, TENNIS, SWIMMING, AND VISUAL ARTS. MORE THAN 900 SIGN-UPS FOR 1-2 HOUR CLASS SESSIONS OCCUR DURING THE CCIA'S SUMMER SEASON.
