THE CLUB IS A MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION ORGANIZED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES IN WHICH NO PART OF ITS NET EARNINGS INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OF ITS MEMBERS.

THE CLUB OWNS AND OPERATES A GOLF COURSE FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. THERE IS A PRO-SHOP AND LOCKER ROOM AT THE FACILITY. A GOLF PRO PROVIDES LESSONS FOR A FEE. THROUGH THE 2022 SEASON, ABOUT 3,700 ROUNDS OF GOLF WERE PLAYED AT THE CLUB BY MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS DURING THE YEAR INCLUDE MAKING THE CLUB'S FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR MEMBER MEETINGS AND GATHERINGS, AND RENTING FACILITIES TO MEMBERS FOR THEIR PRIVATE EVENTS (SUCH AS MEMBER WEDDINGS).


THE CLUB MAINTAINS A CLUBHOUSE AND RESTAURANT FOR THE MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 180 MEMBERSHIPS, INCLUDING MANY MULTIPLE- USER MEMBERSHIPS WITH ESTIMATED OVER 400 TOTAL USERS. THE CLUB HOSTS NUMEROUS SPECIAL EVENTS DURING THE SEASON. APPROXIMATELY 4,000 MEALS WERE SERVED AT THE RESTAURANT DURING 2022.


THE CLUB OWNS AND MAINTAINS 4 TENNIS COURTS FOR THE USE OF ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. A TENNIS PRO PROVIDES LESSONS FOR A FEE. DURING 2022, ABOUT 750 HOURS OF TENNIS WERE PLAYED AT THE CLUB.
