FPCFE HELPS SCHOOLS BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGEABLE TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHER-LEADERS WHO WILL TAKE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HELPING STUDENTS DEVELOP NOT ONLY THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO PERFORM WELL ON ASSESSMENTS, BUT TO ENJOY LITERACY AND MATHEMATICS. FIRST AND FOREMOST IS THE GOAL TO INTERVENE AS EARLY AND QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE AT RISK STUDENTS FALL TOO FAR BEHIND THEIR PEERS AND HAVE TOO MUCH EXPERIENCE IN FAILURE. EARLY INTERVENTION PROVIDES THESE STUDENTS THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO SUCCEED THROUGHOUT THEIR SCHOOL YEARS AND BEYOND.
