RESTORING HOPE TRANSPLANT HOUSE PROVIDES A SHORT-TERM TRANSITIONAL FACILITY TO ACCOMMODATE PATIENTS UNDERGOING TRANSPLANT SURGERY AT MADISON, WISCONSIN AREA HOSPITALS. IT WILL FULLY SUPPORT TRANSPLANT PATIENTS AND THEIR CAREGIVERS BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THEIR TRANSPLANT OPERATIONS.
