TO LEAD A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITIES AND OUR MEDICAL STAFF, REFLECTING ADDITIONAL EMPHASIS ON HEALTH EDUCATION, CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION, REHABILITATION, AND THE PREVENTION OF ILLNESS OR INJURY.
