CITIZENS FOR SAFE YAKIMA VALLEY COMMUNITIES GENERAL ACTIVITIES WILL WORK TOWARD LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, THE LESSENING OF NEIGHBORHOOD TENSIONS, AND COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY.
