IFS SERVES AS A REGIONAL HUB THAT NURTURES AND SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED EAST AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE COMMUNITIES THROUGH CULTURALLY RELEVANT AND LANGUAGE- SPECIFIC SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.
