THROUGH THE FOOD BANK AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS OFFERED, SOUTH KITSAP HELPLINE PROVIDES THOSE IN CRISIS IN SOUTH KITSAP AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WITH FOOD AND ACCESS TO OTHER CRITICAL RESOURCES.
