VHCDC ACHIEVES THIS MISSION THROUGH A STEADY STREAM OF WEALTH BUILDING INITIATIVES, HOME OWNERSHIP EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE, SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING, AND ACQUIRING AND REHABILITATING DISTRESSED HOUSING IN TARGETED COMMUNITIES.
