DURING 2023 71% OF PARTICIPANTS WERE WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES, 40% OF PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS RESIDED IN LOW OR MODERATE INCOME ZIP CODES, AND 20% OF PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WERE MILITARY AFFILIATED.

Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.

BV WILL ALSO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DANCERS, LIGHTING, SET AND COSTUME DESIGNERS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS WHILE CONTINUING EDUCATION AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS FOR HAMPTON ROADS COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
